Considering the sims are running 20 hours a day at both of our training locations with the existing load I think it's fair to say as they bring more people through training the delays will increase beyond systems (i.e. EFPT and sims). However, that's not necessarily a bad thing.
I started 7/10 in a class of ~26 and according to my schedule I'll be ready to go to IOE on 9/27. That's pretty f'ing fast considering the sheer amount of information I'm being asked to process. I almost wish there were more delays so I could come up for air. People told me this would be like learning how to drink from a fire hose. A mere 3 weeks in and only halfway through initial systems I must admit that's an appropriate description of the process.
