Seems to me a few years ago Beech 400s were double flaming out and dead stick landing a few times before they finally figured out what happened and how to prevent it. Maybe if more people questioned it the first time they could have avoided it happening as many times as it did. I mean it’s not like the FAA writes regulations for things that DON’T go wrong...
