Basically, what do we get beyond an application review and a call from HR for the CPP?
According to my buddy at SkyWest, Delta is supposed to review 20 SKW pilot apps per month.
Must be low on importance. I definitely commend DL for offering something to the pilots flying under its brand but an app review seems kinda weak to me.
I would prefer to see these airlines give more credit to time served under their brands.
