Yeah agreed that number seems high if it doesn’t include bonus. In my first 12 months - less bonus - my gross was about 50K. So add 31K in bonus and that’s right at 80ish. I average 100 hrs credit over the 9 months of those 12 not in training/IOE. I bid 13-14 days off and usually only work on 1-2 of them per month.Originally Posted by DarkSideMoon
That would be roughly 189 hours of credit a month at ZW. Even giving up all your days off you’d still have to be pretty crafty/lucky to end up at that number consistently without busting 117.
