I came on shortly after, '04, hired into STN.

I would argue that one was clearly a union busting tactic. The other, is proof that management's grip on the operation is slipping.

One is a pure control move, to divide and conquer.

The other, is management giving up control to other organizations in order to keep their heads above water. All because they had (have) planes parked due to not enough crews.

Difference between now and a couple weeks ago is that now we have two planes parked for mx. One, a wrinkled 767, and the other a 747 with belly damage due to blown tires.

We're bent and the wheels are literally coming off.
