It's basically telling people that none of their pathway or flow programs is going to totally squeeze out OTS hires. Didn't suspect they would, but I'm sure it's reassuring to some people.
Actually, I think it means they want people to know there are other options than getting recommendations that will trigger the app review. Not everyone knows a Delta pilot well enough to get a rec.
