It specifically says in 24.w.2 that a new hire’s pay is effective after completion of his LOE. That’s basically what it is now, and it’s $2k a month, plus $26 a day use or lose in lodge bucks, plus hotel (aka blue dorms). So I’m guessing since it isn’t codified in the CBA, the company can raise or lower newhire training pay at their whim.
That’s stupid if they want to attract people.
