Sorry for the late response. First Offficer and Captain pay are salary. FO starts at $60K and CA $90K. $4K year raise for both ranks annually. Health care at no cost to employee unless you have family. I hear that costs a bit. CASS carrier with the only agreement for jumpseat being jetBlue. Full Home Basing. Schedule is currently line bidding for either A or B, essentially alternating weeks of work. Crew Scheduling typically gives you a few days notice before a trip. Management is trying for a 7/7 schedule. Staffing the past six months has not been at the levels needed to achieve that. Typically it has been 7/5. However, this looks like it is changing for the best as more pilots are coming online. I think the goal of 7/7 is achievable as it has been in the past. If they can get another class in behind the current one, QOL could be great. You get to keep hotel points and rental car points which is nice. Some people collect airline points but I'm not familiar with that.

The flying is divided into Two parts for the year. Summer-Fall is typically the slower season. It consists of Seasonal scheduled routes as well as year round scheduled service. Occasional charters will be flown as well. The airline has contracts with Caesar's for Casino flying also. Historically, if staffed properly, schedules during this time are great at 7/7 or better. Last year this time, some guys were getting up to two weeks off at a time. The other half of the year is the busy season. End of Fall to late Spring is when the NCAA charter season starts. Again, not to sound like a broken record but your QOL during this time depends on staffing. This past season was very tough due to lack of pilots. Tough being 7/3. However, as an example, the year prior had adequate staffing and resulted in a 7/7 throughout the whole season. I am hopeful that with the current large class and with another class staffing could be where we need it to be to attain a decent QOL.

Training is about a month in Melbourne FL. Theres another post regarding that from a current student currently in ground.

For New FO's upgrade is once you hit 1K 121. Thats about a year and a half, essentially minimum time. We have hired Direct entry Captains however they do not upgrade to Captain until they are needed in the seat. This seems to be running at 6 months? Couldn't really tell you.

If you have any specific questions post them here as I won't check PM. Overall I really do enjoy my time here with great crews and pretty decent trips. If you need specifics just ask.
