To me the man problem with this business is that somehow it lost itself. Years and years ago, Airlines were run by AIRLINE people. People who loved this business and in many instances grew up in this business. Today its all about MBA's running our companies, MBA's who for the most part dont know which pointy end is the front of the aircraft.
