New hire training at SWA now set up for people without type rating. I’ve heard instructors would rather have you know nothing than the wrong flows etc. Put a 737 rating on your resume now and everyone else knows you are going to try to leave. A type without time is really not worth it. Apply at big 6, consider cheap 4 (F9, G4, B6, NK), see if you qualify for DEC at a regional.
