I’m a foreign pilot as well. Unfortunately, that’s not how it works. You need more than an “offer letter” from any U.S. based company. You need a company that is willing to sponsor your work visa. Delta, along with other majors, does not sponsor work visas.
It’s stated in Delta’s qualifications page that you need to be legally eligible to work in the U.S. (possess proper working documents). That’s a requirement before you can even apply.
Your best bet is to have your fiancée/wife sponsor you. The process took me and my husband a year. If you can wait until you’re married (+1 year), the spouse visa is the cheaper option.
