You're not taking into account the rules in which we get there. We locked in Duty rig and ADG, DAL doesn't have that, neither does UAL. We got scope that was on par with SWA. 30% + of our flying is back side of the clock +$13/hr. The UAL MEC is drooling over our RSV system. Got airport Reserve? 15%retirement going to 16% in a few years.

Sure it's easy to say oh they didn't get COLA or the Pay was below DAL. Oh the world is ending they didn't get dAL profit sharing... It's our first contract and we nailed work rules and scope. The hourly rate is marginally below the legacy carriers. Yes we lost some things, but the things we lost were bandaids for the atrocious rules we had and masked horrible vacation, hours of service and work rules.

It's easy to say "no" when you've got a cush pad to fall back on. This was not the same situation as SWA, nor DAL.
Congrats on your contract at Fedex, how long did it take to get everything that's in that contract? How long did it take to get to where DAL UAL AA and SWA are?

We just caught up in a big way.
Delta’s duty rig is 3.5/1 and adg is 5:15.
