I wanted to create a post to potentially help other cross overs manage their expectations better than I did with mine.

How long did it take you to go from regional to the spot you wanted to be in (legacy/LCC/ACMI etc.)?

Did you do any Guard/Reserve service while you were in the regional?

Did you upgrade to Captain during your tenure with said regional?
