I would recommend looking at SEC/Edgar for the docs filed by Mesa. Specifically who the single largest shareholder is ( AA) and that there are approx. 14 175s that UAL is making principle payments to Mesa for the equity of the airframes. My bet. If your subcontractor is flying your equipment would you be happy that your competitor is the single largest shareholder in that subcontractor? 20 700s cpas expire next year along with the beginning of the first 30 175s.
