13 175s. UAL makes monthly payments to Mesa for the equity of those a/c. All UAL has to do is make a single payment and they own them out right. They already own a portion of each one. Also, 90 day out notification clause.
Good luck. With AA owning 20% and SKYW wanting to have more AA flying I would say SKYW INC will be buying the stock. Not UAL.
What date did AAL buy in and where is that in the filing? And, it is 12 Ejets and they are in Mesa’s name. Do you have a copy of the CPA that says UAL can buy them?
