This recruiting team makes me so mad. Why dont they respond to our applicants. Why are they letting our prospectives go to other airlines? Our standards aren’t any different in today’s market! Our competition calls applicants back within days, and we can’t even reply to emails within the same month.
When my interview finished a rather large group of MX applicants was waiting outside the door.
Also, 6 months of full training classes is a pretty good backlog. It wouldn't surprise me if the recruiters were turning attention to other workgroups such as MX or FAs.
