190 was a good gig when base xfers were around 2 years. Recently, base xfers have dropped to 12 months or less for most bases (737, 320.) The 190 is a no brainer if wanting PHL as a base. Otherwise, plan to be withheld a year: at least 18mos total for xfer to different base & equip
