Getting a month off is not guaranteed when you time out. Pilots need to understand that. While that is what I fight for each month, in the last 6 we have seen:
-Getting the whole month off.
-Getting a reduced line built after the fact.
-Sitting partial reserve.
-Sitting reserve the whole month.
Yeah, being close to 1,000 hours in a rolling 12 is not the same as flying 95+ hours per month. I see that as well.
