PCA is a Capt or FO that teaches Sims, but not Validation Sims. LCA teach IOE in the airplane and also do LC's. Some LCA's also teach in the Sim. SCA are standards, they check other LCA's, do the CAPT upgrade check rides, and do all the SIM validation rides and office work.
