www.myonlinelogbook.com. It's $36/year. And if your company uses CCS, which CAL and XJT use because I'm pretty sure it's a CAL program, it logs in automatically and downloads the pairings.
As for not buying any Apple products, for every reason someone wouldn't buy a Mac, there is a reason not to buy a PC. Not to mention all the new Macs essentially run with a two sided brain - one is Mac and one is PC. It's not an emulator, either. It's an Intel motherboard. So you can run any and all PC apps on it and have all the benefits of a Mac - the biggest being system stability.
