Not sure why the percentage matters. Cape’s business model for EAS is to be the low cost bidder, have two engines for safety, and have higher frequency than the competition. Ten seat piston twins flying 135 commuter is the basis of that formula... now with a nicer cabin/flight experience.
For non EAS, same deal, keep costs low and frequency high...
