You guys can throw shade at me and others who think like this, but go home day, especially for a commuter, is golden. It may help the company one time on one flight, but that's MY time that's burning the clock.
I hate being at this place, so if I have to spend an extra hour extending, and not in some random hotel, not getting home until 12 plus hours later, I'm doing it. My family time is the only reprieve from this sh/t show. I'll give a foot to take a mile.
