Sure the report is in 15 minutes but that flight isn't going anywhere for 3 hours and it takes you 2 hours to get there. Why cut yourself out of a gs that scheduling would be fine with you covering?
You don’t have to do anything other than accept the trip. The contract requires that they give you at a minimum short call response time for any GS.
