So, although I don't want to, this thread seems to suggest I'll have to wait til early next year to start if I ever get called, and I want to get back in the 121 world asap so at least now I know I should give up and take one of the other offers.
Bums me out. Compass would be perfect for me.

This is correct. The recruiters are more focused on other workgroups than pilots right now. I walked out of the CPZ interview and into a group of 10-20 maintenance personnel waiting to enter the room. The pilots hired that day were given training classes in January/February 2019.
I feel like you do, CPZ would've been best for me too. But on the bright side I might be out of IOE in time to fly the CPZ guys that did get the job to MSP.
