Is Mesa worth considering?

I hope to be ready to go to the regionals by next fall, I currently live less than a 15 minute drive from IAD. I just remember hearing some bad things about Mesa in the past, but from my point of view, it seems you all are turning things around? It’s attractive seeing all of the new E175s and a big route map which looks nicer than CommutAir or Air Wisconsin.
