It’s worth pointing out the the time for a new hire to hold any base other than lax/oak will likely increase by a few months for anyone starting in the fall or later.

When Lax opens the first month or 2 will likely be filled with SoCal commuters but after that I’m betting the lax will become a 2-3 month pit stop for all new hires as the growth plan there is fairly rapid over the first year it opens.
