Many of our captains are assigned 100 hours every month as scheduled.
Bid min credit = trying to maximize days off, not picking up any overtime, and therefore staying as close as possible to the minimum monthly credit for lineholders allowed by scheduling. If staffing levels are where they should be then min credit should be about 80 hours per month. At this rate you won't run into issues with your 1000 hour limit.
