Thing about this round is, the “whole” groups gotta vote. I’d like to hear the XJT MECs take on this. The CRJ guys have all but basically given up. Most have written off their jobs at “ASA” and would vote it down just to see the place burn. Fortunately for the company, it’s probably only around 300 guys that will be voting from the CRJ side. Notice how much better the company has been treating the ERJ guys.
Wouldn’t expect anything much from these negotiations. They are in the perfect position to pass a turd sandwich of a contract.
