Mainly a selfish question since I got the invite but a pesky deployment got in the way. Can’t do anything about it for few more months.
A little more detail on seniority to the exact percentage if you were hired 1.5 years ago. Based on fleet plan and retirements this should also be true for a new hire in the next few months. In fact a new hire schould even do much better depending on what fleet they go into. 767 fleet takes 15 AC in next year and 777 takes 7 new AC. Both of these fleets will grow substantially in size in the next five years according to firm orders and fleet plan updates. Current fleet size of the 767 is 59 AC (Will be 124 in next 6 years) and 777 is 35 (Will be 55 in 6 years).

Most recent word out of recruitment is that they want to double hiring to 80 a month in the very near future.

All percentages are FO seat in MEM since that’s what 98% of new hires go

Also keep in mind that your actual bid percentage is much better because a substantial amount of pilots are in pay only status because of things such as medical, mil leave, instructors not bidding etc. In most WB fleets this betters your bidding percentage by about 10%.

757: 43%
767: 82%
Airbus: 77%
MD: 75%
777: 93%
