The term B scale refers to airlines paying certain seniority numbers different than other seniority numbers for the same work, not paying different pay for different equipment or different work.
So domestic is a B scale to international?
Our different pay rates at FedEx do not include a 'B' scale.
Your opinion of liking a single pay rate like UPS might be valid, but use facts, not slander to make your point.
Was not attempting to slander, especially because I have several friends who have been hired by Fedex lately and a few had several offers, highly encouraged them to go to Fedex. So I most definitely do not believe UPS is any better or worse than Fedex. They are both good jobs with good and bad issues. What I trying to convey was simply if UPS had a lower paying scale for the 75, maybe relative seniority and upgrade time might be similar. But because no one needs to chase planes here, it is pretty evenly spread out.
