Big DC and PS indeed. But don't forget, that's not extra PS those guys are generating for the company; if I understand PTIX correctly (I may have it wrong), the exorbitant compensation paid actually reduces PTIX too. And Crew Resources' under-manning of the 350 category skews a larger piece of the "fixed" profit sharing pie to those guys, and reduces PS for the rest of us who are only making 6 figures and not 7. I certainly don't blame the pilots. I suspect it's a CR problem, but until someone confesses to having miscalculated or made poor business decisions, I suppose we just know that the company screwed up.
