Inst for about $8k. commercial will run you about $10k-$13k because you have to have 250 hours for it. Then the Multi add-on is only about $2k. The CFI is about $5k (and lots of studying I hear) And you already have a college degree, so that is a big plus. you will be considered for a job over somebody that has no degree. He is right about buying multi-time to save time, but it's not a must. I am in the same boat as you. I got my PPL at 29 and am now working on my INST at 30. trying to knock them out.
