This thread has been really interesting to see how things evolve over time with respect to junior lineholders at each of the bases, but as a prospective new hire, I'd really appreciate having some additional information if it's readily available:

- Junior DOH at each base. Not just lineholders, but if I'm looking to move into a new base relative to what I picked at training, it would be useful to have an idea of how long before I could move to a base, regardless of being on reserve or not. I certainly get the sense it's fairly easy to get whatever base you want (which isn't MIA, IAH TBD...) shortly after training, but just having that info would be helpful.

- Junior captain award DOH. Again, not just lineholder, but reserve, as well. My biggest concern with Republic is the length of upgrades relative to some other airlines out there. Having this info would be beneficial as it would provide some context for not only what the times are like now, but how they've changed over time.

I would probably be ok with a 2-year upgrade time (others seem to be bottoming out at 15-18 months these days), but if it starts looking like 3 or more is likely, I need to factor in my overall career progression, too.

Can anyone be of some help with these numbers?
