- Junior DOH at each base. - Junior captain award DOH. Again, not just lineholder, but reserve, as well. My biggest concern with Republic is the length of upgrades relative to some other airlines out there. Having this info would be beneficial as it would provide some context for not only what the times are like now, but how they've changed over time.

I would probably be ok with a 2-year upgrade time (others seem to be bottoming out at 15-18 months these days), but if it starts looking like 3 or more is likely, I need to factor in my overall career progression, too.

Can anyone be of some help with these numbers?
