Just to add a data point for consideration regarding the immediate "closed complete" status: there might not be as many positions available for this posting as in the past and instead of skipping a cycle they continue posting requisitions as often as in the past. Many of those that were successfull in the interview process in July do not have class dates until Oct and possibly Nov. SW has a window from job offer to class date and they might have to extend it due to class dates availability and not new hire availability. I think people typically went as soon as a month in the past, but that isn't the case right now. I have a feeling they are trying to see how these next few classes shake out. I think things will be back to normal next go around. I am not an expert or insider by any means though.
