As others have posted they waited until to late to start training. They posted initially how much lead time they needed to start the program and did not follow their own calculations. Why they waited is another question. The delivery dates actually got moved up a bit and they had a higher rate of attrition. There was some talk we wanted out of the 350 completely so perhaps they were waiting for guidance on if we were even going to get the aircraft.
