Commutability: Living in PHL area, is it easier to drive to BWI (2hr drive)or commuter to MCO?
Is it worth to commute (con) to MCO with better trips (pro) or drive to BWI knowing my ride is always there (pro) but have early shows and late finishes and deal with ZDC being a pain with EDCTs (con).

Like the others said, BWI is a no brainer in your situation. Seniority will be vastly better and no airplane commute drama. You'll have more opportunity to make more money and have exponentially better QOL.
