As mentioned above, the bottom is being filled by new hires, but it is a base with wild manning swings from season to season and is perennially senior.

Been like that since the day MCO opened.
And if it's not the super senior folks pre positioning for retirement, there's a long line of (currently) junior capts commuting to MDW, HOU and BWI waiting to get back to MCO. More than a few of them give up and bid back to the right seat in MCO after a while.
