A good one to get it is the AvSoft CRJ "Buttons & Switches" book. Other than that I would not look at anything that the company did not provide to you. Most companies operate the CRJ differently, and you wouldn't want to look at any information that could confuse you later on. The buttons book is a great reference for the overhead panel, as it lists every switch up there, and what exactly it does.
