I'm pointing out the hypocrisy. The majors had furloughed pilots out for years if not over a decade. Some flew and some did not. Maybe for some it was more challenging but, they made it through the training footprint. Again, there is a difference between someone who has been out of the cockpit for 10-15 yrs vs 1-2. What makes the training at the regional level stand out compared to the majors? As described above, the majors have experience in training pilots lacking currency. Speaking of training, do the majors or the regionals have the higher washout rate?
