Netjets and Flex are about the same. pay is a a bit better at netjets I think. Union at NJ so you have furlough protection, if that's something you want to factor in. Both have a lot of bases to choose from. Is there a certain place you want that you can mention?

XOjet doesnt pay as much, but with them you know you will fly either the challenger or the citation. At Flex or nets you might start in the phenom, and be there for a very long time. If that matters.
