F&H union busters notch another "win" as they foist a sub par contract on a regional airline. They get a big bonus and raise a glass after a call from your CEO to congratulate.
Meanwhile, the best candidates out there go elsewhere because some of your pilots were too stupid to recognize the bargaining power you had, but never used.
Enjoy those crappy inefficient trips. Enjoy working with pilots who chose Piedmont last, because they were rejected every other place.
Enjoy the divided pilot group, enjoy the lowest pay and the fewest days off. You just created your regional Frontier Airlines. The lowest tier possible. Where your hotels get worse, trips get worse, contract violations get worse. They go hand in hand with lower tier carriers because of weak pilot groups voting in concessionary contracts when they never had to. Just imagine what they are going to try and take if the economy gets bad.
