Nothing else matters if there’s a continual net loss of pilots every month. Let’s see if this contract passes and it’s enough to turn that negative into a positive.
If this contract is non concessionary and adds to pay we should have no problem attracting new hires. New pilots are chasing new planes like kids to candy. With movement and upgrades I see this being the start of a turnaround for XJT. I could also see several of Mesa's 175's coming off lease over the next couple years coming this way as well. Time will tell but hopefully this is a VERY positive step for Expressjet.
