Also remember that if you are bumping by taking the bump of someone junior, you can only bump to what that junior pilot can hold. Unless its a “closing the base” bump. So trying to take a junior pilot’s bump when you want to fly a WB, but he can’t hold WB, means you can’t bump to it, even though you can hold it.
