I agree with that. Delta used some of their negotiating capital to require management to hire at least 25% ALPA pilots. If MECs all negotiated that all pilots have to be union or ex-military, that would do it. But it’s hard to convince an MEC to use their negotiating capital on that type of intangible issue versus higher pay rates, better scope, increasing retirement or benefit value, work rules, etc.
