My management contacts have a different view. They claim the issue now is that some environmental upgrades are needed and we don’t want to invest all of our own capital in it so we’re seeking investors. They say that the oil industry seems to hate the fact that we own a refinery and it screws up their models.

It’s a pretty contrarion view compared to that article. The truth probably lays somewhere in between.
