You're the bright spark telling others to proceed with their careers sans degree. The problem is, you're wholly unqualified to offer that counsel. You don't have a leg to stand on. You have a degree. What the hell would you know about conducting an aviation career without a degree?

You're talking out your backside. You're offering advice that you can't stand behind, that you have no experience to support, that's a lie.

You could attempt to assert that others shouldn't waste time with a degree, because it made no difference in your progression, but that would be a lie, wouldn't it? Much like your counsel to forgo the degree.
