The bidding process at CommutAir is pretty much a fraud. Scheduling just changed your bid award however they want and the union goes along with it. So QOL at any other airline is better.
Upgrades are out of seniority in order to make it look like they have rapid upgrades. Again - union is impotent.
Rapid pathway to CPP? Try 4-5 YEARS!!! Sure they had a couple get out in 2 years but ONLY 2 people and they are the exception. When you do finally upgrade you will be on reserve forever!!!
Bonuses are laughable as they try any looohole they can to NOT pay you.
Ipad’s . . . Still hasn’t happened but will likely happen soon. BUT guaranteed it will be a complete disaster as they couldn’t manage 12 kindergarteners let alone an airline.
