You really should know what the company can and can’t do BEFORE you make any phone contact if that’s what your going to do. Also, if your going to challenge what thier trying to do its helpful to speak with a supervisor. Carries more weight in arbitration hearings. In the end if your 117 legal and contractually illegal it’s fly and grieve. If your 117 illegal call the duty phone.
