Wouldn’t surprise me except it’s still a mx base and they like having crews there for runups and such. But then again Sjc isn’t a base. It doesn’t seem like it’s been 2 years tho. Crew bases have to be open for 2 years per our Cba. So... phx has awhile yet, it’s only been 8, maybe 9 months.
Crews shouldn't have to be doing runups...but that's an entirely different discussion.
